3. Service Description

Services include utility apps, AI features, social functionality, subscriptions, free ad-supported versions, cloud storage, and analytics tools. Service availability is not guaranteed.

4. Account Registration and Security

Users must provide accurate information and protect their passwords. The company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, inactivity, or legal requirements. Users can terminate accounts anytime.

5. Prohibited User Conduct

Users cannot engage in illegal activities, harassment, malware distribution, unauthorized access attempts, spam, impersonation, or service manipulation. The company monitors for violations and may enforce restrictions.

6. User Content Rights

Users retain ownership but grant TinyUtility a worldwide, royalty-free license for content use, including AI training with anonymized data. The company may remove content violating terms.

7. Intellectual Property

TinyUtility owns all service content and functionality. Users cannot copy, modify, or reverse engineer materials. The company follows DMCA procedures for copyright claims.

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. App store policies govern refunds. Free trials require payment information and auto-charge upon expiration unless cancelled beforehand.

9. Advertising

Free services include ads from third parties. Users can purchase ad-free versions. The company isn't responsible for advertiser content or practices.

10. AI-Powered Features

AI outputs may contain errors and shouldn't replace professional advice. The company processes queries through third-party providers and may use anonymized data for improvement.

11. Health and Fitness Features

These services don't constitute medical advice. Users shouldn't rely on health data for medical decisions and should consult professionals. The company disclaims liability for injuries or health issues.

12. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. The company limits liability to amounts paid in the past 12 months or $100, whichever is greater, excluding certain jurisdictions.

13. Indemnification

Users defend and hold TinyUtility harmless from claims arising from their violations, content, or conduct.

14. Third-Party Services

TinyUtility doesn't endorse external services. Users should review third-party terms independently.

15. Termination

Users or the company may terminate accounts. Upon termination, access ceases immediately and data may be deleted. No refunds apply for account violations.

16. Dispute Resolution

Parties first attempt informal resolution, then binding arbitration applies. Class actions are prohibited, and users can opt out within 30 days.

17. Governing Law

Belize law governs these terms. Disputes resolve in Belize courts, unless arbitration applies.

18. General Provisions

These terms constitute the entire agreement. Provisions survive termination as appropriate. The company may assign rights; users cannot without permission.

19. App Store Terms

Apple and Google aren't responsible for services. Their respective store terms apply alongside these terms.

20. Feedback

User suggestions become TinyUtility's property perpetually and royalty-free.
